we stopped by here after a nice picnic up by the painted ladies :) if i could give more stars i would. i was absolutely blown away by the quality, the taste and the texture of the ice cream. i seriously did not put my spoon down once. we got the chocolate peanut butter & mint chocolate chip. the chocolate peanut butter was the best i've ever had & i wish i was exaggerating when i say that.... the mint chip tasted as if they had just picked mint from the garden and placed it in the ice cream directly, none of the toothpaste flavor at all. the worker was so sweet, knowledgeable and friendly. i love when you can tell they are happy at their job!! i will be dreaming about this ice cream until i make it back over again!

This chocolate sorbet is like nothing I ever tasted! I can't believe it's vegan. This is so fudgy and I can barely taste that it's sorbet. The vibe here is very nice and welcoming/bright. They offered our group water and I must say the service is great here.

Being backwards, I didn't actually try any of the ice cream -- even though it looked really good. I instead opted to try the churros and they were sooooo good. I haven't been delighted by a churro in a long time and theirs did not disappoint. I think it cost ~$5 or so but it was a good price for the portion and I got it fresh out of the fryer too. Love. Staff were really nice too. This spot has joined the ranks of my SF favorites and I'll be back when I'm in town for to have some of their ice cream.

An SF classic! The inside is wonderfully spacious with indoor seating -- with the rustic wooden decor and warm lighting, it gave a welcoming ambiance. The employee was so friendly and kind and was happy to help me sample some of their flavors. I got the strawberry flavor, and I didn't realize how low quality some of the ice cream I had been eating was until I had this. The flavors were so sharp and clear, and the texture is firm while still being creamy! It's definitely on the pricier side so keep that in mind -- the smidge cost $4.50.
